The questions we get asked most
What does the warranty cover?
Twelve months on hardware, starting the day your laptop arrives. If something fails we repair it or replace the machine. Accidental damage and liquid spills are not covered.
How healthy will the battery be?
Every battery is tested and has to hold at least 80% of its original capacity to pass. Anything below that is replaced before the laptop is listed.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 10 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund, for any reason. It just needs to come back in the condition it arrived in.
Does it come with Windows?
Every laptop ships with a clean, genuine, activated Windows installation. The previous owner's data is wiped to a standard that cannot be recovered.
How long does delivery take?
One to two working days across the UAE, free of charge. You get a tracking link as soon as the laptop leaves the workshop.
