About Laptop Factory
Business laptops, renewed properly.
We buy ex-corporate Dell, Lenovo, HP and Microsoft machines, test them, grade them honestly and sell them across the UAE. Every listing shows the exact specification of the machine you receive — no “or similar”, no surprises at delivery.

Every machine
Eight checks before a laptop is listed.
A renewed laptop is only worth buying if somebody has actually looked at it. This is what gets checked on every unit before it reaches the catalogue.*
-
Battery
Measured capacity against the original design capacity, and the figure recorded.
-
Display
Checked for dead pixels, backlight bleed and hinge travel across the full range.
-
Keyboard & trackpad
Every key pressed. Every gesture and click tested.
-
Ports & wireless
USB, HDMI, audio, card readers, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and the webcam.
-
Storage & memory
SMART health read, and the capacity confirmed against the listing.
-
Data
Previous owner’s drive wiped, then a clean, genuine Windows install.
-
Chassis
Cosmetic condition assessed and the machine assigned a grade.
-
Stress test
Run under load before it is packed, not just switched on once.
Condition
Three grades, described plainly.
A grade describes appearance, never function. Whatever the grade, the machine works — if it doesn’t, it isn’t listed.
-
Grade A: Light use
Barely marked. Close to how it left the factory, and priced highest of the three.
Cosmetic wear 2 out of 6
-
Grade B: Visible wear
Marks on the lid or palm rest from normal office use. Nothing that affects how it works.
Cosmetic wear 4 out of 6
-
Grade C: Clear wear
Scuffs, scratches or a worn finish. Fully working, and priced to reflect the cosmetics.
Cosmetic wear 6 out of 6
Why renewed
Three reasons businesses stop buying new.
-
Your budget covers more desks
The same processor, memory and storage for a fraction of new-retail. A fixed IT budget fits out more of the office.
-
Business models, small quantities
ThinkPads, Latitudes, EliteBooks and Surfaces are built for corporate fleets and are awkward to buy new in ones and twos. Renewed stock is where they surface.
-
Hardware that already exists
A working laptop kept in service is a laptop not manufactured and not landfilled. The most sustainable machine is the one already built.
Fitting out an office, or replacing a fleet?
Send us the specification and the quantity. If we have the machines, we will confirm what is in stock and what it costs. If we do not, we will say so.
* Inspection steps are a draft for confirmation — see the note to the client. Warranty, delivery and returns terms are not yet published.
